1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orange Cottage Organics. If you are not happy with your order, please follow our return guidelines:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
